Parental Burnout: how far from it are you?
Dr Mood Parental Burnout will ask you roughly twenty questions in order to create its diagnosis. Your responses will allow it to determine whether you are very far from the risk of a parental burnout, low-risk, average-risk, high-risk or… whether you are already suffering from a parental burnout. Whatever the case, you are not alone. The percentage of parents who are currently in the same situation as you will be given to you.
What weakens and strengthens you in your parenthood
Dr Mood Parental Burnout helps you to better understand the factors that, in your particular situation, can make you more vulnerable to and protect you from a parental burnout. Based on your answers to about thirty questions, it will help you to visualise your personal scale© of risk/protection against a burnout. By visualising the elements that you have on each level of the scale, you’ll be able to understand what, in your personal situation, contributes to your unhappiness. By reducing the risk factors and increasing the protection factors, you’ll find that solutions for avoiding or coping with a burnout are diverse.
E-coaching adapted to your personal situation
Like any self-respecting therapist, Dr Mood Parental Burnout doesn’t just provide you with a diagnosis, it also helps you if you are currently suffering from a burnout or are at risk of one. Its involvement is adapted to the elements that are present on your personal scale©. According to your situation, the e-coaching could be centred on you, on your relationship as a couple or on your relationship with your children. Over the course of 5 weeks, Dr Mood Parental Burnout will provide you with daily advice and an assortment of exercises to help you cope.
